    • Compression seals to perimeter & brush seals to sill

    • Hardwood door sill (exterior grade)

    • All components ready to be assembled, margins-set and ready to install

    • Constructed from premium exterior grade solidcore blockboard pre-paint ready finish

    • Door thickness: 40mm

    • 6mm toughened glass (Satinlite, Reeded, or Clear options)

    • Available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights

    • Width options from 1445mm to 1845mm

    • Double door installations require the use of a roller catch at both the top and bottom. Failure to install may affect performance over time.

    Door Seals

    Our high-quality, replaceable door seals are press-fit — no sticky adhesives required — and are designed to eliminate draughts and improve insulation for a more comfortable home.

    The bottom seal features fine bristles that sit neatly in a rebated track, completely hidden from view, providing an effective barrier against noise, dust, and air leakage.

    The top and side seals are made with a durable polyethylene outer sheathing that resists wear and tear. They’re designed for long-term performance, offering:

    • Outer skin unaffected by paints and stains

    • High noise reduction properties

    • No mould or mildew growth

    • Excellent recovery after long-term deflection

    • Flexible deflection range to accommodate seasonal movement and seal gaps

    Built for durability and easy maintenance — simply wash with warm, soapy water.
