Warranty

At Sola One, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every door we supply is manufactured with care and is guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship that would render it unserviceable or unsuitable for its intended purpose.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Summary

Standard Doors - 5-year warranty from date of shipment.

Entry Doors - 1-year warranty from date of shipment.

Doors over 2340mm high or 1020mm wide are not guaranteed against warp.

Entry doors are covered under the 1-year warranty, but only if installed in weather-protected areas (exposed installations void warranty).

Warp tolerance:

Up to 2040mm high - warp up to 4mm not considered a defect.

2040–2340mm high - warp up to 6mm not considered a defect.

Double doors require a roller catch fitted top and bottom.
