Sola One is a design and manufacturing studio based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, specialising in architectural doors and interior building elements. Our collection — including arched doors, wall panelling, and custom detailing — is designed and crafted in-house using advanced materials and precision methods.

As a direct manufacturer, we supply thoughtfully made products straight from our workshop to homeowners, designers, and builders — eliminating middlemen and ensuring exceptional quality at every step.

Rooted in craftsmanship and architectural clarity, our work reflects a commitment to form, function, and timeless design.
The name Sola One speaks to this philosophy: “Sola”, from the Latin for sun, evokes light and warmth; “One” represents simplicity and singular intent — a belief that every space begins with a defining detail.

Lead Time

All Sola One products are made to order in our Burleigh Heads facility. Our current production lead time are as follows.

Internal doors - 10 Business Days

Entry doors - 15 Business days

Internal or external glass doors - 20 business days

This timeframe allows us to ensure each piece is crafted with precision, using high-quality materials and in-house production methods. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates straight to your inbox.

For larger or custom orders, our team will provide a tailored timeline at the time of purchase.

As all Sola One products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each item is crafted specifically for your order, allowing us to maintain high standards of quality and customisation. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Yes! You're welcome to visit our production facility in Burleigh Heads by appointment, Monday to Friday. While we dont have a showroom, you are able to view our products going out for dispatch and currently in production.

  • Absolutely, Our pricing is trade targeted and we work closely with builders, designers, and architects across Australia.

  • All of our products are designed, manufactured & customised in-house at our 2000m² production facility in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and consistency across everything we produce.

  • Yes however we do have a minimum order QTY depending on what product you have selected. Many of our doors and panels can be customised to suit your project. If you're after a specific size, style, or finish, contact us prior to ordering and our team will guide you through the options.

  • Our standard production lead times are as follows:

    Internal doors - 10 Business Days

    Entry doors - 15 Business days

    Internal or external glass doors - 20 business days

    from the date of order. For larger or custom projects, lead times may vary slightly — we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

  • We use a carefully selected range of high-quality materials, including moisture-resistant (MR) MDF, solid oak, and other premium architectural-grade substrates. Each material is chosen for its durability, finish quality, and suitability for modern Australian interiors. Our focus is on combining performance with refined aesthetics across every product we make.

  • Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
