Vali Cavity Slider Retrofit Kit - DOOR NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT
The Vali Cavity Slider Retrofit Kit is designed specifically for use with standard cavity sliders including the Hume Evolution Flush Jamb Door Cavity Unit Range and Sola One square doors, allowing you to achieve a refined arched finish while retaining a standard cavity slider configuration and the use of a square door.
Installation follows the standard Hume cavity unit procedure—no arch cutting, shaping, or modification to the cavity structure is required. The wall is sheeted to the square opening of the cavity unit as normal. Once finished, the Sola One retrofit kit is installed in place of traditional architraves, transforming the opening into a seamless architectural arch.

The system is engineered for both aesthetics and practicality:
The primary visible face is nailed and glued for a clean, permanent finish
The opposing side is secured using concealed internal jamb fasteners, leaving no visible fixings on the face
A precise 3 mm shadowline delivers a crisp, contemporary reveal
For added flexibility, the internal panel is fully removable, allowing the door to be adjusted or removed at any stage without damage. Where future access is not required, this panel may also be nailed and glued for a fully fixed installation.
The result is a flush, arched cavity slider opening with the simplicity of a standard install—no custom carpentry, no compromises.
